These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, sizes, and usage guidance. Product photos are for illustration and may vary slightly from the item you receive due to packaging updates or screen display differences.
We reserve the right to correct any error in a product description, price, or availability, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel or adjust an affected order accordingly. If we cancel an order for this reason, you will be notified and refunded in full for that order.
All prices on this site are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout, not a price shown before or after that point.
Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. A contract between you and Vileson Trade FZCO is only formed once your payment has been confirmed and we have accepted the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or where delivery to your location is not possible.
Payment is processed securely by Ziina, a third-party payment provider. When you complete checkout, you are redirected to Ziina's own platform to enter your payment details — we do not receive or store your full card information.
We currently accept card payment only. Cash on delivery and pay-later/invoice checkout are not available to individual customers. See our FAQ page for full payment details.
We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. Delivery fees, timelines, and free-delivery thresholds vary by emirate and are shown at checkout and on our FAQ page, which we keep up to date as the single source for current delivery figures.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Due to the hygiene and consumable nature of our products, items are non-returnable once received, except as set out below or as required by applicable UAE consumer protection law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
You may request to cancel or change an order after placing it by contacting us as soon as possible; we will accommodate this wherever the order has not yet been processed for delivery.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or its executive regulations that cannot lawfully be excluded by these Terms.
Our products should be used strictly according to the instructions on their labels. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or an unsatisfactory result arising from use that does not follow label instructions, or from use on a surface or material not intended for the product.
If you or a household member has a known sensitivity or allergy, we recommend a small patch test before full use of any new product.
All content on this site — including the EcoClean name and branding, product names, photography, and written content — is the property of Vileson Trade FZCO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Vileson Trade FZCO's total liability arising from your use of this site or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or other applicable mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
